Description :: - Advertise job vacancies thru vary of method such as online job portal, social media, networking and liaise with employment agency for the outstanding headcount.
- Handling recruitment process which include filter potential resumes, interview arrangement, offering employment to successful candidates, new join preparation and conduct on HR Induction.
- Follow up Employee Requisition (ER) for vacant position due to absconded, resign or termination.
- Handling immigrations permit and passes processing
- Visa application and renewal for foreign workers thru MYEG/ Immigration.
- Purchase on FOMEMA medical check-up form and arrangement medical check-up for the foreign workers.
- Check Out Memo (COM) for foreign worker on their repatriation.
- Cancellation permit and reporting to police due to absconded cases for foreign worker.
-Deal with JTK regarding intake and resign of foreign workers
-Prepare monthly report / weekly newsletter to Senior Manager, HR & Training such as summary of outstanding headcount, manpower tracking, turnover/termination
-Deal with AIA for insurance claims.
-Update Marsh Insurance on the new joins, resigns and employee status change for correct insurance coverage.
-Proper maintenance of employees’ personnel records
-Assist on the worker’s hand scan for daily attendance & employee Pass ID card for their meal subsidy.
-Handle home leave request from foreign employees in order to make sure they utilize the Annual Leave and Unpaid leave accurately
Requirements :: 1: Mandarin speaker
2: Good English communication skills
3: Preferred at least 3 years relevant experiences in HR in a manufacturing background
4: Willing to work in Senai
