•Prepare, compile and submit tender proposals for submission
•Preparation of project cash-flow and project financial exposure
•Knowledgeable in legal and contractual, preferably with exposure on FIDIC terms
•Review technical proposal to ensure compliant with technical requirements
•Work closely with BD Manager to develop a competitive and compliant proposal submission
•Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
•Preparation and finalization of concession, joint venture and subcontract agreements
•Attend pre-bid meetings, clarification meetings and bid openings
•To prepare Monthly Report of proposal activities
Requirements :: •Minimum 5 years of experience dealing with contractual and proposal management
•Degree in Engineering or its equivalent
•Knowledgeable in general MS Office software. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project
•Exposure in water/wastewater treatment plant projects is an added advantage
•Self-confident and able to communicate effectively in English
•Must be prepared to travel within Malaysia and South East Asia
