Description :: Production - Organize and plan the Manufacturing operation
- Monitoring and ensuring smooth functioning of the plant
- Coordinate with sales department to ensure on time production and consistent quality of required products
Weekly schedule
- In charge of on job workers training.
- In-charged of store department & Lab
- Coordinate with maintenance department for necessary maintenance
Machinery maintenance schedule
- preparing the documentations, forms, SOP of ISO Standard Reporting
- preparing the production and inventory reports to operation
Reporting to Plant Manager
- Work effectively and assist the plant manager
Others
- responsible for house keeping and pollution control of the factory - Other ad hoc functions assigned from time to time assigned by Plant Manager
Requirements :: 1. SPM level or above
2. Ability to work effectively with others
3. Ability to work independently with limited supervision
4. At least 5 years and above in manufacturing
5. Able to repair Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics Knowledge.
6. Able to do basic welding job.
7. Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 & OHSAS 18001.
8. Assist Maintenance Department for Machinery Repair & Plant Maintenance.
9. Able to work under pressure.
10. Knowledge of DOE requirement.
