Description :: •To lead the project management team.
•Plan, direct, supervise & control of all commercial, technical and other functions of the projects secured.
•To liaise with the client, sub-contractors & vendors during project execution. Responsible for following up on instructions and commitments associated with the project.
Requirements :: •Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Project Management & Building's M&E services related works.

•Good knowledge in Construction Contracts and Contract & Risk management.
•Excellent verbal and written communication in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
•Willing to travel outstation regularly.
