- Responsible for the performance of the dental businesses in Malaysia and Singapore, supporting the dentists and staff to meet business objectives:-
•Work closely with the respective Dental Directors and Operations Heads to ensure the practice operations are smooth and efficient
•Ensure that standard operating procedures for the practices are complied with
•Ensure the facilities and ambience of the practices are conducive and patient focused
•Support the Dental Directors in engaging the dental practitioners at the practices on ad hoc issues
•Undertake and support business development activities
•Ensure financial budgets are met
•Identify potential practices to join the network in Malaysia
- Requirements :
- •Dentist or senior dental nurse with management experience
•Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
•Strong analytical, planning and interpersonal skills
•Proactive and result oriented
•Effective leader proficient in coaching, motivating and developing the team
•Able to quickly adapt to change and multi-task
