- •Planning & execute overall site operation and day-to-day activities
•Ensure work is done within budget and according to pre-set standards
•Monitor Main Con site progress and push for handover of our furniture installation
•Ensure proper sequence of work, proper storage and timely distribution of materials
•Monitor and control daily schedule, progress at site & sub-con workmanship
•Prepare site daily report
•Deal with Main Con on site technical matters
•Ensure on-time delivery, quality of completed work and satisfatory hand-over
- Requirements :
- •Minimum 2 year's of relevant experience
•Exposures in carpentry work, furniture installation or architectural/construction industry preferred
•Able to communicate site issues with clients and relevant authorities effectively
•Possess positive attitude and strong initiative
•Well-disciplined and able to work under tight schedule
•Based at project site
