- •Manage and to be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions & systems of the hotel.
•To administer and process all matters regarding staffing requirement / recruiment of staff and to ensure that the recruitment process is according to the hotel policies.
•Prepare headcount budget and recruitment plan accordingly to the hotel manning strategy by department and monitor the approved budget and headcount.
•To manage and administer staff benefits, payroll and other administrative works for the hotel.
•Liaiase with the government departments to meet the regulatory requirements.
•Be the contact channel for all industrial relation / labour matter pertaining to staff discipline, domestic inquiries, and any other employee related issue as well as to assist in counselling employees and resolve employee's grievances, if any.
•Undertake any other duty or tasks as at and when assigned by the General Manager.
- Requirements :
- •Relevant Qulifications in HR Management or related field is preferred although not a pre-requisite.
•2 to 4 years of working experience in a similar capacity and of similar industry is preferred.
•Candidates with related qualifications and HR Management more than 4 years experience with other services industry may also be considered.
•Ability to multi task, effectively manage priorities and a team player.
•Proficient in oral & written - English and B. Malaysia
•Mature, proactive & independent with excellent communication & inter personal skills..
