- •Responsible for managing and handling full spectrum of HR and Admin Department which include recruitment, policies & procedures, compensation & benefit, performance appraisal, employee relations, staff training & development and other administration function
•Liaise with government departments to ensure statutory compliance
•To evaluate and design HR policies and procedures, as well as formulates HR strategy, which aligns with corporate strategy and objectives.
•Prepare payroll and comply with requirements of I/Tax, EPF, SOCSO, HRDF, filing and safe keeping of all HR related documents.
•Manage expatriate & foreign workers affairs i.e work permits as well as hostels management.
•Accountable for employee relations policies and guidelines for the fair and effective management of employees taking into account operational requirements, employment legislation and best practice
•To perform general administrative tasks as and when required by the Management.
- Requirements :
- •Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or business administration or equivalent. Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
•Sound knowledge of the labour law, employment act, industrial relations and prevailing HR practices and legislations
•Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
•At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office
•Required to work in Johor - Lowest Qualification :
