- •Handle full set of accounts.
•Prepare payroll.
•Able to monitor creditors payment term for the issurance of cheques.
•In-charge for the collection of payment due from debtors.
•To verify monthly expenditure claim.
•Able to handle bank reconciliation.
•Ensure timely key in accurate accounting source date into accounting system.
•Ensure accounts are taken up accurately and accounting reports are prepared within deadline given.
•Able to handle in stock recording and updating into inventory system.
•Assist in other ad-hoc assignment required from time to time.
- Requirements :
- •Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma or LCCI higher.
•Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Words.
•Knowledge of 3A Accounting Systems is an added advantage.
•Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
•At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Applicants must be willing to work in Seksyen 16,Shah Alam.
