•Handle the Reception desk cum Customer Service.
•Attend to all incoming and outgoing official telephone calls, visitors, receive mails, documents and handle courier services.
•Perform general administrative duties inclusive i.e. register product, data entry, organisation of meeting rooms.
•Meet, greet and arrange customer queue.
•Other clerical duties as and when required.
 
Requirements :

•At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
