- •Studying product/packaging requirement and understanding suitability/capability of the machinery
•Responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities, under the direction of Technical Manager or Director
•Assist in checking and preparing drawings, of the packaging material (key-line dimension) in the drafting and issuance of project
•Preparing the project organization and communication chart
•Preparing the project timeline plan.
•Ensure the project able to complete within the fix timeline
•Ensure the project strategy is clearly defined and communicated
•Providing recommendations packaging dimensions for primary, secondary, tertiary and quaternary of packaging according to machine suitability
•Ensure recommended packaging meets proper specification and provides adequate protection through the distribution system in a cost effective manner.
•Proper technical assistance in troubleshooting packaging related problems.
•Handling multiple projects simultaneously and able to work under pressure to meet the deadlines.
•Interface with multiple internal cross-functional groups (i.e. sales & marketing, production, R&D, designer, procurement, supply chain, , production) and work closely with external supplier on packaging related projects including OEM products.
•Preparing mock-up sample for management & customer.
•Update NEW SKU’s artwork to Halal Division & Marketing Department
•Keep the Technical Manager and others informed about the project status
- Requirements :
- •Any amount of experience / knowledge in manufacturing/processing operation in food industries.
•Good critical thinking and problem solving skills
•Be self-motivating and SMART working
•A very good math and numbers aptitude
•Good written and verbal communication skills
•Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008, HACCP, GMP,
•A ‘team-player’ attitude as every pitches in as needed
•Adaptability to receive and perform variety of duties to related works.
•Able to work under challenging situations.
•Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English
•Well follow up, coordinate and manage the progress of the NEW SKU items
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlooks.
•Must be willing to work in Rawang, Selangor

Bhd. which is located in Kampar, Perak Darul Rizuan, mainly manufactures soft drinks, wafer rolls, peas, nuts, jelly cups, snacks and cracker. Mite Food Enterprise Sdn. Bhd., which is a wholly-own subsidiary of B Plus Q, is the trading and distribution arm for B Plus Q Sdn. Bhd. and operates from the same premises as B Plus Q Snd. Bhd.
