- •Responsible to help conceptualize and execute the relevant brands' marketing plan.
•Manage, control and implement the approved Annual Marketing Plan of the assigned products.
•Overseeing the production of TV adverts, newspaper and magazine advertisements, website, exhibition, road shows and liaising with art designer, copy writers, media buyers and printers.
•Direct to external parties, agencies and suppliers, on the preparation and promotional material, public relation, media, event, BTL etc. and execute promotions.
•Monitor, analyse and evaluate market trends, consumer / customer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify new opportunity for the brands.
•Ensure that the marketing support budget are effectively utilized and appropriately accounted for the relevant group of brands.
•Work with cross-function teams to accomplish agreed upon marketing and sales objective.
•Lead and develop the innovation process for new demanding products with the professional marketing strategic.
- Requirements :
- •Candidates must possess at Degree in Marketing or related discipline,
•Min 5 years of experience in relevant position, preferably in FMCG industry
•Creative and strong in product brand building
•Must possess working experience knowledge of product launches, advertising development and market research studies,
•Sound knowledge and experience in retailing, merchandising or equivalent in food & beverage products
•Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present thoughts creatively, clearly and concisely.
•Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English

Bhd., which is located in Rawang and Kepong, Selangor Darul Ehsan, is the principal manufacturing arm of the Cocoaland Holding Group, manufacturing mainly chocolates, hard candy, fruit gummy, cookies, wafer, snack and beverage, whilst LB Food Sdn. Bhd., which is located in Rawang, Selangor Darul Ehsan, is the primary trading arm and is responsible for export market of the Cocoaland Holding Group. B Plus Q Sdn. Bhd. which is located in Kampar, Perak Darul Rizuan, mainly manufactures soft drinks, wafer rolls, peas, nuts, jelly cups, snacks and cracker. Mite Food Enterprise Sdn. Bhd., which is a wholly-own subsidiary of B Plus Q, is the trading and distribution arm for B Plus Q Sdn. Bhd. and operates from the same premises as B Plus Q Snd. Bhd.
