Description :: - Handle and prepare full set of accounts
- Handle Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- Manage Fixed Asset register
- Prepare all balance sheet items reconciliation
- Check and verify staff claims to meet payroll deadline
- Ensure compliance of company’s policy and procedures in all payments and receipts
- Liaise with third party service provider on information technology maintenance
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, auditor, banker & tax agent pertain
- Assist in cash flow monitoring
Requirements :: - Aged above 25 years old
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in Accounting
- Experience in MYOB or similar accounting system
-Able to speak in English & Bahasa Malaysia, proficient in Mandarin is an added advantage
- Able to work independently and under tight deadlines
- A detailed person, good interpersonal skills & people-oriented
- Possess own transport
