Description :: -To ensure timely submission of monthly financial reports and coordinate in preparation of management accounts
-Monitoring of bank balances and reconciliation
-To review and verify all invoices, payments and journal entries
-Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness and data integrity of all financial data
-To develop, review and implement efficient work processes and procedure
-To be assigned any other duties as and when required by the Sr Manager.
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess a degree in Accounting/professional qualification, i.e. ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
-At least 3 years of working experience in handling accounts for Property Development
-Must be able to work independently under tight schedules and ability to multi task
-Must be mature, dedicated and committed
-Ability to commence work in short notice would be an added advantage
