-Your role will include but are not limited to:
-Involved in IT Project RFP preparation, execution and recommendation.
-Assist in facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables of the project.
-Handle and maintains on the project schedule update during implementation stage, constantly monitor and track the project status and changes to ensure the project is adhere to planned timeline and budget.
-Coordinate the meeting effectively between business user, implementer and project team as well as prepare the meeting minutes and presentation.
-Maintain awareness of the users’ needs and project parameter and ensure the user requirements translate into functional/technical requirement specifications.
-Ensure proper coordination and establish on-going communication between the business users.
-Prepare and compile the projects status report, meeting and discussion outcome to all stakeholders.
-File all project documents (hard and soft copies). - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science,Project Management or equivalent.
-2 – 4 years of progressively responsible experience in Project management or coordination.
-Team player with positive working attitude and able to work independently and result orientated.
-Knowledge of Project management or relevant experience in planning, managing,reviewing, enhancing and implementing business continuity plans.
-Employment experience in retail industry will be added an advantage. - Lowest Qualification :
