Description :: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaint either by telephone, email or face to face
2. Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
3. Handing all of services provided at the Information Counter (Wheelchair, stroller, umbrella)
4. Assist in all marketing redemption promotions and keep records of transactions
5. Assist Marketing Department in data entry of customer profile
6. For Executive Level, will lead the team on the job scope
Requirements :: 1. Must have at least 2-3 years Customer Service working experience in shopping Centre management or Hospitality or retail industry.
2. Candidate possess at least a Higher Secondary / STPM/ "A" Level/ Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field will be advantage.
3. Pleasant personality with good communication skill.
4. Willing to work on shifts, public holidays and weekends
5. Able to converse and understand English and Bahasa Malaysia.
6. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
7. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Lowest Qualification :: STPM / A Level / College Foundation
