- 1. To handle full set accounts, experience in construction and developer are preferable.
2. Understanding about GST tax code and accounting treatment.
3. Responsible for filling of accounting documentation in timely and accurate manner.
4. Preparation of monthly reconciliations, schedules and reports.
5. Familiar with UBS and IFCA accounting software.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
- Requirements :
- 1. Possess at least LCCI or its equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in Construction/Developer company handling full set account.
3. Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
4. Self-motivated, dynamic personality with strong communication skill.
5. Committed and able to meet tight deadlines.
6. Able to speak Mandarin.
