Description :: 1. To provide guideline and supervise all Finance & Account staff to ensure accounting activities are properly managed.
2. Ensure compliance with tax and accounting standards.
3. Assist in treasury management of the group.
4. Liaise with auditors, tax agents and regulators, ensuring timely submission of annual statutory audits, corporate tax and GST filings.
5. Prepare financial reports in compliance to approve accounting standard or Bursa requirement in a timely manner.
6. To assist in annual business plan and budget process cycle preparation.
Requirements :: 1. Possess recognize at least Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics or its equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years of related working experience in managerial position.
3. Able to handle ambiguity and work independently.
4. Well versed with Malaysian Tax Rules.
5. Team player with strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
6. Required language(s) : English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia.
7. Possess own transport and willing to travel.
