Description :: • To lead a group of production team to achieve targets in term of QCD.
• To be overall responsible on the profitability and operational effectiveness.
• To implement process improvement to enhance production efficiency and quality.
• Responsible in providing services and technical solutions for any customers claims.
• To provide guidance and oversee performance of the machinists team.
• To ensure maintaining of the production process equipment and machines.
• To summarize departmental performance report to management periodically.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in operation conventional and / or CNC machines (IS A MUST)
• Possess 2 to 3 years managerial experience in related manufacturing environment.
• Required skill(s): analytical, problem solving, inter personal skill, Communication Skill.
• Good at production planning at the most cost effective.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Strong leadership, self-starter, result oriented, hardworking and independent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
