-Work along with admin team that produces admin support for the company's business operations including interactions with our Attorneys in Malaysia and United Kingdom.
-Delivery of efficiency and effectiveness on process of company documentations.
-Keep track of incoming and outgoing company documents.
-To coordinate with sales team on requisitions and inquiries.
-To check all title deed documents prior despatch to investors.
-Undertake other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior on administrative works.
-Managing admin filling system in order to have completeness in terms of updating and easy access of data.
-Assisting in monitoring of staff attendance. 
Requirements :
-Candidate must possess at least a STPM or Diploma in any field with minimum of 5 years working experience as Secretary or Admin Executive.
-Able to work independently with good time management skills.
-Advanced user in Microsoft Office and with IT background would be an advantage.
-Highly proficient in English language both written and verbal.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
-Able to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.
