- -To ensure daily operation of the hatchery is running smoothly.
-To plan, organize and control the overall hatchery management to ensure that production are achieved in a cost effective and efficient basis so as to achieve performance target.
-To assign workers to duties, such as control hatchery machine setting and oversee environment cleanliness.
-To prepare monthly performance report to Management.
-Other jobs which related to hatchery operations and management as assigned by Management from time to time.
- Requirements :
- -Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Degree qualification in any field.
-Preferably those with at least 3 years of working experience in poultry farm related industry.
-Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Farm Operations or equivalent.
-Fresh graduates from Agriculture/Business Administration or other discipline background are welcomed to apply.
