Description :: 1)Main Objectives
-Performing Accounts Payables activities for multiple entities/countries
-Participation in Shared Service continuous improvement initiatives
-Delivering high levels of customer service
-Ensuring own work adheres to Electrolux policies and procedures
-Working with own team and/or with other process teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities

2)Key Operational Responsibilities:
-Acting as a specialist and first point of contact for one or more specific Accounts Payables tasks relating to:
*Validation and booking of supplier invoices
*Matching invoices with Purchase Orders (PO)
*Obtaining appropriate approvals for non-PO invoices
*Payments processing
*Handling supplier and business queries relating to payables
*Processing Travel Expense Reports
*AP closing and reporting
-Responsibility for quality, efficiency and timeliness of process documentation, work shadowing and training of other team members
-Coaching and supporting other team members in achieving team and individual goals
-Maintaining high level of customer service
-Providing methods to avoid repetitive mistakes within the team
-Assisting with monthly and yearly closings, account analysis and supporting the AP team leader in carrying out the responsibilities of the AP department
-Reporting to direct supervisor of any deviations from agreed standards
-Understanding business environment
-Supporting, if required, other process areas e.g. during peak periods of work
Requirements :: -At least Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in Finance / Accounting.
-Candidate with good experience without tertiary certificate will be considered.
-At least 5 years working experience in related field.
-Able to communicate (speak, read and write) in English
Mandarin Speaking is added advantage.
-A minimum knowledge of MS Office is required.
-Knowledge of JD Edwards Accounting System will be added advantage
