Description :: 1)Main Objectives:
-Performing maintenance of Master Data activities for multiple entities/countries
-Delivering high levels of customer service
-Ensuring Electrolux policies and procedures are adhered
-Working within own team and/or with other process teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities

2)Key Operational Responsibilities
-Acting as a specialist and first point of contact for Master Data tasks such as maintenance of:
*APAC Chart of Account (COA)
*Business Unit/ Cost Center/ Branch Plan/ UDC
*Accounting period : Open & close
*Customer Data
*Vendor Data
*Employee Data
*ELIN/ TER system approver
*Standard cost
*Base price
-Responsible for quality, efficiency and timeliness of process documentation, work shadowing and training of other team members
-Supporting team members in achieving team and individual goals
-Maintaining high level of customer service
-Providing solutions/methods to avoid repetitive mistakes within the team
-Reporting to direct supervisor of any deviations from agreed standards (delays, use of wrong templates, missing input)
-Preparing process maps and desktop procedures
-Understanding business environment

3)Additional Challenges:
-Supporting, if required, other process areas e.g. during peak periods of work
-Participating in continuous improvement initiatives within the AP/AR/GL/MD process area and Shared Service as a whole
-Ad hoc project such as GST implementation, Implementation Global Product Hierarchy and etc.
-Actively undertaking activities to increase own competency portfolio
-Working as a member of the team, participating fully in team activities, taking responsibility for team goals and coaching and supporting other members of the team to increase their competencies and skills
Requirements :: -You should at least possess a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in Accountancy.
-You should have at least 3 years of working experience and should take this opportunity to grow further.
-Candidates who have Mandarin speaking, reading and writing skills will have an added advantage
-IT wise, a minimum knowledge of MS Office and if you know JD Edwards Accounting System, you have an added advantage
