- 1) Responsible to communicate, coach and monitor overall dealer sales performance based on set targets.
2) Monitor sales achievement and to assist in forecasting respective dealers sales performance.
3) Implementation of sales activities as per Honda’s policies and guidelines and to immediately take corrective action
in the event of non compliance.
4) Communicate effectively with related sections on dealer remittance, car delivery, dealer back order, booking &
registration matters.
5) To communicate marketing activities effectively and ensure all activities are carried out as planned.
6) Responsible to provide substantial feedback on market situations and competitors movement.
7) Management of dealer claim documents and compilation of allocation reporting.
8) To provide support to our PDI hubs.
9) To provide support to all regional marketing activities
- Requirements :
- 1. Minimum Degree and above or its equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years working experience in automotive industry and exposure in retail business/technical operations.
3. Knowledge in procedures involved in the enforcement of codes and regulations.
4. Legal knowledge of activities in code enforcement compliance.
5. Experience in methods & techniques of business correspondence.
6. High competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Project Management.
7. Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills, both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
8. Independence, initiative, high commitment, self-motivated, good problem solving and knowledge of accounts.
9. Willing to reside permanently in East Malaysia office - Lowest Qualification :
