Description :
1. Overall planning, controlling and managing Strategic Business Operation, Service Planning (Service Policy, Service Capacity, Service Standard, Compliance), Business Analyst operation
2. To assess and recommend dealership service performance and business improvement activity
3. To plan and develop overall aftersales planning activities i.e. short term, mid-term and long term strategy.
4. To analyze dealers operation i.e. business performance, workshop operation, Customer Satisfaction (CS), Dealers associate OJT, compliance activity (i.e. evaluating dealers, service consultant)
5. To update HOD / Management on project, improvement activities proposal and business report.
6. Ability to provide job functions and clear instruction to unit associates.
7. To provide resources and support for unit to complete the task.
8. To guide and coach unit associates.
9. Budget monitoring and review
10. To adhere to instruction given by superior as when required.
 
Requirements :
Authority:
1. Budget control for Dealer Operations Department
2. Coordinate with interdepartmental.
3. Assign and review daily / monthly operational task and report.

Skills & Knowledge:
1. Leadership, supervisory and management skills.
2. Computer literate and good presentation skills.
3. Analytical, task solving and crisis management skills.

Experience/Education:
1. > 3 years working experience related.
2. Diploma and above.
