Description :: -Acts as a liaison coordinator on all aspects related to mall planning including design & construction stage.
-Represent Centre Management Services in coordinating all assigned projects from conception phase through to handover.
-Good working knowledge of retail planning and design management.
-Strong track record in major mall refurbishment, development and fit out projects.
Requirements :: -Degree in (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or C&S)
-At least 4 years of relevant work experience with main contractors in retail centre project coordination roles.
-Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
-Preferable those who have major retail refurbishment involvement in a live retail centre environment.
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
