- 1. Position Overview:
Handles customer call with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues with one call resolution.
2. Key Responsibilities:
To deliver first class, professional customer service to HMSB existing and potential customers.
-To deliver front line customer services to ensure resolution of inquiries
-To provide customer with accurate and precise product and service information.
-To follows established procedures for each service request, adhering to agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quality standards to maximize customer satisfaction.
-To liaise closely with both dealers and internal division for accurate delivery of information and fast resolutions.
-To record all inquiries answered and received, systematically (both manual and computer system).
-To escalate customer dissatisfaction, complaints or priority issues that cannot be completed with agreed procedures.
-To perform constant followup with customers, dealers and internal division and update system immediately till the closure of inquiry/case.
-To assist CCS Unit Leader to followup on all follow up with dealers and internal division and notify on non conformance immediately.
-To continuously strive to develop and maintain good rapport with our customers and strive towards Customer Satisfaction.
- Requirements :
- - Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Marketing and Administration or associated field
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in a Customer Fronting position within a service sector company
- Team player with the ability to prioritizes and follow up.
- Highly motivated, energetic and good communication skills.
- High competence in Problem Solving and Problem Analysis skills
- Good command of English language & Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
- Minimum Intermediate level Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- To participate in projects to undertake improvement activities for the division (i.e. NHC, 5S, Kaizen etc).
- To perform “other” duties when requested.
