Description :: 1. Primary duties are the provision of technologically sound solutions, design and delivery for project completion.
2. Delivery of projects in line with authority and client compliance programme of works.
3. Supervise contractors and agents, ensuring that their work is carried out in a safe, environmentally responsible, and cost effective manner.
4. Participate in project meetings and revise the schedule as deemed necessary, advising the team about the time impact as a result of actions/deficiencies. 
5. Direct and guide the maintenance work by discussing work orders with operations from backlog.
6. Schedule work orders from backlog to minimize any idle maintenance hours.
7. Follow up on work progress to minimize variation from plan and optimum use of all resources ensuring operational success, meeting customer expectations, and resolving coordination conflicts.
8. Work towards producing standard templates for work orders, work plans etc. to ensure that time to plan is reduced thus improving the overall effectiveness of the system. 
9. Assist in preparation of formats and compilation of periodic management and/or customer progress reports. 
10. Any other related work scopes to be assigned by the Company
Requirements :: 1. Possess a Degree in Engineering
2. Certified Project Management Professional by PMI or CAPM or CIDB or PRINCE or any other equivalent certification bodies or at least attended formal training in project management.
3. Minimum 7 year(s) of working experience in Project Management of Oil and Gas
4. At least 5 year(s) experience as Project Engineer in similar area or experienced in IFL EPCIC is preferred.
5. Experience in preparation of detailed planning package/work packages (including card system), performing progress measurement monitoring and reporting.
6. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
