- 1. Attend to all incoming phone calls.
2. Assist in general office administration.
3. To maintain effective filing system and easy to retrieve the report/document when required.
4. To provide sales administration and operation suport to the sales team from quotation, order processing to billing, timely delivery of goods.
5. To maintain effective customer database management.
6. To coordinate and follow up on all service sales, repair & calibration activities.
7. To arrange overseas outsource equipment from outgoing shipment to incoming shipment.
8. To arrange dispatch daily schedule and follow up with calls or daily collection & delivery with customer.
9. To ensure all required monthly service & operational reports for internal and principal are accurate and submitted on timely and accurately.
10. Other tasks which assign by superior from time to time
- Requirements :
- 1. Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Certification/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
2. At least 1 year working experience in sales administration.
3. Highly organized and able to deal with multiple activities at one time.
4. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
5. Require language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
6. Computer literate: Microsoft Office
7. Candidate must willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
