Description :: • Execute sales plan and provide technical and after sales support to customer
• Identify and develop new potential client to generate sales
• Responsible for achieving sales target and to be profit –oriented
• Service and promote company’s products to new and existing customers
• Plan and develop prospecting skills and maintain a strong business
Relationship with existing and potential customers
• To Manage existing customer & develop new market
• Result driven to achieve company’s sales target
• Ensure timely collections from customer
• Submit required reports and perform administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Willing to travel outstation on monthly basic
• Pleasant personalities and able to work as team player
• To Submit weekly sales report for review
• Coordinate with the respective team to ensure timely delivery and enhance customer satisfaction
• Manage proposals including quotation , presentation , follow up document's
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a diploma or a Bachelor’s degree
Preferably in the field of science and /or marketing
• Minimum two (2) years working experience in related filed but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Required language(s): Mandarin , English(Bahasa Malaysia would be an added advantage )
• Able to work independently and have strong interpersonal and communication skills with pleasant personality.
• Preferably Sales executive specialized in sales –Retail/General or equivalent
• Good negotiation skills are essential.
• Agriculture background will be preferred
