- Maintain and organize diaries as well as plan and schedule proper appointments and meetings for the Director
Manage local & overseas travel arrangements, including visa applications, flights and hotel reservations
Co-ordinate internal & external meetings and prepare presentation materials
Deal with mails, emails and faxes
Maintain a good filing system and retrieval of records, including recording and maintaining an organized database for smooth data retrieving
Prepare confidential and official correspondences, memorandums, agendas, reports and minutes of meetings
Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of staff and business associates
Undertake any ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time
- Requirements :
- Degree in Secretarial/Business Administration/Office Management or its equivalent with minimum 5 years' experience
Those with experience as an Executive Secretary/Personal Assistant to Senior Management preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Pleasant personality, independent and resourceful
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
Able to work long hours and self-motivated
