Undertake and manage the company's assets, properties and maintenance programs
Oversee and manage the departmental budget and expenditure, training and insurance coverage
Build and maintain strong relationships with all levels of staff
Manage all of the company's rental agreements 
Requirements :
Degree in Building Science/Estate Management/Property Management and/or any discipline related to property management and maintenance
3-5 years' experience in the related field
Possess specific knowledge of building services and operations
Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Project
Knowledge of ISO 9001, OHSA 18001 and asset management is an advantage
Excellent rapport with government agencies and regulators
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
Able to work under minimum supervision
Willing to work on weekends or when necessary
