Description :: Deal with general management and strategic planning of Warehouse by overseeing all daily operations with proper organizations and planning.
Responsible for managing accuracy of inventory with proper stock control system and processing of orders.
Full responsible for stock count accuracy, investigate variances and provide discrepancy reports and improvement plan.
Accountable for stock accuracy, stock conditions, ISO Quality management system.
Liaise and coordinates with shipping, purchasing and other department.
Liaise, receives and verifies accuracy of shipment schedule and inventory with local or overseas forwarder/transporters.
Ensure all products both incoming and outgoing is delivered on timely basis.
Overseeing the turnaroundtime of stock processing is within the approved timeline set by the company.
Liaise closely with production department on daily production operations.
Ability to organize layout and space management for future capacity requirement of the warehouse.
Overseeing on all operational cost control of the warehouse.
Responsible for maintaining security and upholding the healthsafety compliance.
Overseeing the planned maintenance of vehicle, machines and equipment.
Perform any ad hoc task required by the management.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree / Professional Diploma or
equivalent.
- Ability to work independently, positive attitude and team player.
- Self motivated and team player who is able to work across departments
towards improving productivity.
- Strong analytical skill, negotiating skills, attention to details and is target oriented.
