Description :: •To manage & coordinate customer’s order processing, shipping schedule and ensure on-time delivery.
•Preparation of all the shipping documentations for import/ export matters.
•Monitor finished good status and liaise with production, warehouse & customer to meet the delivery plan.
•Liaise with Freight Forwarder, Custom and relevant government authorities on shipping arrangement.
•To follow-up closely with external parties on containers booking, custom clearance and the required documentations.
•Prepare periodical reports and improvement plan on a timely basis.
Requirements :: •Degree or Diploma in Business Management or related discipline specializing in Logistics/ Supply Chain or equivalent.
•1 – 3 years’ experience in the shipping and logistics industry.
•Self-motivated and able to work & perform with minimum supervision.
•Knowledge on Letter of Credit negotiation and Banker Acceptance is an added advantage.
•Competent and accurate in handling shipping documentations & operations.
•Have great sense of urgency and able to handle multi tasks.
