- • Ensure adequate resources for smooth departmental operations and meet required quality specifications
• Plan and implement all internal QA & QC activities
• Constantly solicit feedback to identify opportunities and potentials to drive system improvement
• Analyze non-conformance, root cause findings and resolve issues in timely manner
• Responsible to explain and prepare report promptly for any serious quality issue
• Responsible to feedback and provide solution immediately to respective departments if anticipate or found any quality abnormality
• Establish and update relevant work instructions and records promptly
• Ensure all changes to QA processes are updated promptly and communicated effectively
• Ensure quick response to any breakdown / abnormality without delay. Ensure the plant and machineries are always fit for production of required quality specification
• Responsible for the good maintenance of all equipments in the lab to ensure that there are in good conditions at all times.
• Consult Factory of Manager, Production Manager and Engineering Manager promptly for any stop production due to critical quality issue
• Continuously analyze quality wastes and initiate improvement actions, incl. SGA
• Prepare weekly / monthly report on the departmental performance to superior
• Ensure all documentations and records are well maintained and secured
• Hold portfolio of Management Representative for QMS
• Ensure QMS is in line with ISO requirements
• Ensure the QMS is practical and beneficial to daily manufacturing operation
• Responsible to feedback and provide solution immediately to respective departments and ISO Chairman if anticipate or found any ISO related problem
• Responsible as window for operations for all enquiries from Sales, and Marketing & Business Development
• Provide adequate support to operations for any modification of existing quality specification or new product development
• Perform product reviews and application design to ensure adequacy of manufacturing capability, and at the same time fulfill market demand
• Conduct feasibility studies and analysis based on competitor’s products and/or product development and provide recommendations to respective departments
• Responsible to develop and implement product development plan & process trials, including a complete cost structure
• Continuously work with Production Manager, Purchaser and Finance to identify possibilities of cost saving in the manufacturing processes
- Requirements :
- • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
