- Counter check customer details
- Close monitoring for driver movement to avoid any down time
- Briefing and follow up with driver in order to meet the customer requirement and satisfaction, order fulfilment
- Involve in transport document acknowledgment and return
- Verify driver claim and reimbursement, handling customer complaint
Requirements :: - SPM or Diploma or Degree in Logistic
- Able to do job planning and scheduling
- Able to work independently and responsibility
- Good communication & leadership skills
- Min 3 to 5 years experience in related field
