Description :
1. Follow up new business development, generate and achieve company yearly sales target.
2. Company profile presentation.
3. Gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements.
4. To attend customer meeting & report on meeting minutes to MD & all head of departments.
5. Coordinate with related departments to meet the customer request & enquiry.
6. Possess good verbal and written communication skills with respect to customer enquiry.
7. Perform costing & quotation for new project:
• Carry out the New Enquiry Information (NEI) while customer enquiry for:
 Sales enquiry
 Quotation for new product
 Vendor sourcing, compare tooling, material & finishing quote
 Revise costing & quotation
 Modified product design, process or material
 Customer transfer tooling for production
 Cost down & VE activity
8. Work with Engineering for the process study on customer drawing and record down the process and equipment needed for the costing purpose.
9. Review the cost sheet & quotation by each of the Marketing Executive and submit to MD for approval.
10. Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business, and follow up with quotation sent status.
11. Issue New Job Information (NJI) to all related departments after receives new product confirmation by customer.
12. Issue Engineering Change Notice (ECN) to all related departments, if confirm change product design, process, material etc.
13. Initiators for the tooling testing, evaluation of new product, modify process, material & finishing change etc.
• Follow up with Engineering & QA member for monitor new product dimension, tooling modification and material or finishing test etc.
• Deliver sample and follow up with customer regarding sample issue or approval & feedback to all related departments.
• Update MD & all related departments for the status & result till after job completion.
14. Costing, Quotation & Drawing are under control, do not disclose or send out those documents to other without permission from Top Management.
15. Update & filing the entire marketing department related documentation.
16. To attend training/seminar/meeting conducted required.
17. Customer relationship management, maintaining and developing the good relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
18. Evaluate target cost provided by customer, and compare current market price from which competitor, inform MD for review back our costing.
19. Assist QA member when facing issue on submit limit sample.
20. Assist account member when facing payment collection issue.
21. Update new tooling cost information in New AP system.
22. Record actual part weight in New AP system.
23. Prepare confirm part sample for MD.
24. Calculate actual costing for confirmed part, provide summary including profit & loss for MD review.
25. Prepare monthly customer visit schedule and update KPI and submit to MD.
26. Prepare personal monthly quotation tracking log and daily schedule log for MD review.
27. Prepare annual forecast and target new sales amount for MD approve.
28. Assist Marketing team member any issue & sharing information each experience; be cooperate as a good team.
29. To handle and submit the documents to new customer when opening the new account. 
Requirements :
