Description :: Responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen and provides professional leadership and direction to kitchen personnel.

Requirements :: Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Food * beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Required skill(s): train and manage kitchen personnel, coordinate all related culinary activities, estimate food consumption, select and develop recipes, standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality, ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
