- This position reports to the Hotel’s General Manager based in the Hotel.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Advanced/Higher/Graduated Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): specialized training in employment law, compensation and organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety and training, preventive labor maintenance.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh.
- Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
