Description :: •Handle the Opera system - To clear the suspended guests / individual profiles
•Merged the duplicate profiles prompted by the system
•Send incorrect and invalid profiles to the said properties (Front Office) for their verification and confirmation of guests profiles particulars
•Update and amend the particulars in the profiles
•Recordings in master excel sheets
•Investigate and solve issues pertaining to the Properties PMS and our ORS regarding guests info imputation
•Raise tickets for technical issues; etc.
•ZDirect – Gather reports on the number of Guest Surveys send out by each property and record it in master excel sheet
•Updates on new GMs of the said property in automated emailers
•Updates/amends/deletion of Users for Scheduled Survey Reports
•Raise issues with vendor to solve technical issues
Requirements :: •Possesses minimum 1 year experience of relevant work experience
•Is knowledgeable on Opera Management System (OPMS)/Opera Reservations System or any other Reservations Systems
•Possesses proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & Powerpoint)
•Possesses good communication skills both written and spoken
•Possesses strong customer service mindset
•Is professionally groomed and is neat in appearance
•Work location: Upper Bukit Timah Road / 5 days work-week
