Description :: Responsible for the overall management and successful completion of the Project in terms of Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, HSE and Integrity requirements which includes:
Ensuring project execution within time, budget and QHSES requirements by allocating resources, managing risks/opportunities and changes.
Timely internal and external reporting.
Managing project team by setting and monitoring performance targets.
Achievement or improvement of P&L forecasts.
Ensuring coordination of interfaces.
Enabling project execution and financial close out with appropriate feedback.
Creating a quality and HSE oriented work climate that encourages client satisfaction and HSE consciousness among the project team.
Requirements :: At least a Degree or Masters or Doctorate (PhD) in Engineering.
Minimum 15 years of experience in oil & gas and/ or refining and/ or petrochemical industries including
At least 3 years in similar capacity and preferably registered as a Professional Engineer with BEM.
Understands and is familiar with applicable codes, standards and specifications.
Should possess high professional competence and management skills to motivate the team to achieve high quality performance during the project execution.
Should be assertive and firm in dealing with EPC contractor while exercising absolute control on the work.
Should be able to effectively coordinate and manage teams in multiple locations.
Good spoken and written communication skills in English.
