Description :: •To carry out daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly product quality control tests and physical spot checks as per outlined in the jobscope and / or as per instructed by the Factory and Upper Management.
•To carry out tests and other requirements as per required by SIRIM, Safety, Occupational and Health Departments, Department of Environments, Immigration Department, FOMEMA and other Governmental Offices as per outlined in the jobscope and / or as per instructed by the Factory and Upper management as well as ensuring that all workers abide to such regulation.
•To carry out Chemicals Ordering, Mixing, Chemical Equipment Maintenance and Management as per outlined in the jobscope and / or as per instructed by the Factory and Upper Management.
•To attend to Customer complaints and dissatisfactions, to provide high standards to Customer Services, to correspond to customer complaints as well as reporting to the Factory and Upper Management as per outlined in the jobscope and / or as per instructed by the Factory and Upper Management.
•To ensure that all staffs provide a high standards of customer services and to report to the Upper Management if there is a related unsolvable problem to this issue as well as provision of high standards before, during and after sales Customer Services.
•Maintaining Good Relationships with other sales personnel, factory staffs, Management, Company Staffs and Executives.
•Reporting to Factory Management and Upper Management.
•Misc. chores and errands as per instructed by the Factory and Upper Management.
•Any other duties or jobs allocated by the Factory and / or Upper Management which is not stated there otherwise
Requirements :: •Matured with good interpersonal and communication skill in English & Bahasa Malaysia with computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
•Result oriented and team player
•At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Applicants must be willing to work in Seremban and willing to relocate for short periods in the future. Applicants must be able to work in a “ROBUST” environment.
