Description :: •Identifying potential business opportunities in the local community and contacting key decision makers, through sales calls, by phone and in-person.
•Be comfortable contacting and engaging other business decision-makers at all levels, selling intangible human resource/recruiting services.
•This requires an ability to use consultative selling techniques (communication skills, questioning and listening techniques,investigating, qualifying, etc.) and the discipline of being persistent while following a daily and weekly plan, with the desire to become a top performing sales professional.
•Successful candidates shall need possess:
•Knowledge and experience of the recruiting/staffing industry.
•Previous SALES EXPERIENCE: regularly calling clients and building meaningful business relationships in order to further assess their needs so as to seek out opportunities to offer Tentacle staffing services and generate additional revenues.
•Willingness to work in high-pressure, fast-paced, multitasked environment and meet aggressive deadlines; ready, willing and able to work, not only Monday thru Friday 8.30AM to 6PM, but periodically be on call after-hours and weekends.
•Competitive spirit, career oriented, seek out long-term growth and advancement opportunities, and above all maintain unwavering determination to go above and beyond to succeed.
Requirements :: •Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
•At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
