Description :: To develop and lead the sales, marketing & service team in a manner that grows and develops West Metric in all aspects including brand awareness, market visibility, revenue and profitability.
Maintain and develop organization culture, values, and reputation in its market with all staff, customers, suppliers and partners.
Setting up and managing marketing channels eg. Event & fair, social media and etc.
Follow up and expanding sales activity, excellent customer management skill to develop current and new customer.
Requirements :: At least 3 years related working experience as GM in electrical appliances field
Committed, competent, self-motivated, and result-oriented, with excellent leadership qualities.
Good written skill, social media and communication skill and preferably English & Chinese speaking.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
