Description :: •Attend to walk-in customers and all in-coming calls.
•Attend to all sales enquiries and follow-up to close sales.
•Provide after sales service, i.e assist purchasers to apply loan, provide guidance on EPF withdrawals, follow-up on balance of down payments.
•Attend to customers complaints and liaise with the respective departments to resolve the problems or complaints.
Requirements :: •Degree in Marketing or equivalent
•At least 3 years experience in sales & marketing of high end properties with a large developer is a major plus point.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, while an excellent command of English is highly desirable.
•Self motivated, results oriented, a team player and able to work independently.
•Willing to work during weekends and public holidays.
•Must be computer literate.
•Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
