• To receive orders from sales person and customer to ensure the goods are delivered to customer on time.
• Prepare quotation for customer.
• To control and review debtors credit limit.
• Submitting customer accounts opening and updating details to HQ.
• Collect cheque/cash from sales person or customer.
• Daily collection recording.
• Invoicing ( record, checking & Filling )
• Preparing and update debtor aging report.
• Issue official receipt and monthly debtors statements of accounts.
• Issue debtors debit and credit notes.
• Prepare monthly overdue report.
• Mailing of statement and invoices.
• To assists and preparation of ExxonMobil Races for Rewards Program.
• All other clerical duties.
• To obey all company regulations and policies and in particular the promotion and implementation of Mobil Distributor Quality Manual & ISO 9001 Standard.
• To perform other duties as assigned by the management from time to time. 
Requirements :
• Minimum SPM qualification. Diploma in Logistic is preferred.
• Preferably with 1 years & above experience in the managerial position.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management and staff.
• Able to work in a team work environment and with minimal supervision.
