- 1.Responsible to conduct Fundamental, CS and Standards (SOP) training for All dealer personnel (sales advisors, service advisors, parts controllers, CREs) in East Malaysia
2.Responsible to compile training reports with analysis and update AM of Training(East Malaysia) when required
3.Responsible to conduct on site visit (Field Visit) at dealers premises to study actual training application.
4.Responsible to prepare and present a Field Visit report with visuals and analysis.
5.Liaise with, and update progress(when necessary) to senior management.
6.To perform any other tasks when necessary. - Requirements :
- Education & Experience:
1.Degree or diploma in any discipline
2.Minimum 2 years work experience in training preferably in the Automotive Industry
Skills required:
1.High competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
2.Basic Project Management
3.Effective Training skills with human interaction/psychology skill
4.Good command of English language, both written and spoken
5.Willing to reside permanently in East Malaysia office - Lowest Qualification :
