Description :: 1.To coordinate and communicate effectively on all 3S & BP operations standards audit and non-compliance audits
2.To regularly review dealership compliance and performance according to the set standards. This includes enhancement of dealership image in the market and assists in the development, implementation and administration of programs designed to enhance the image of the dealer network.
3.Monitoring of all audit activities carried out by external party, reporting of audit results and to ensure evaluation activities are carried out in a fair, honest, transparent and professional manner
4.Providing guidance and coaching to dealers in compliance to HMSB standards and make recommendations for improvement in view of customer touch points. Must at all times maintain a customer-focused attitude toward activities, concentrating on those that most strongly contribute toward improving customer lifetime values
5.Work closely with other Divisions in identifying, introducing and executing cross-departmental activities that aim at sustaining, uplifting and improving dealer’s image, performance and business value.
6.Coordination of dealership agreement renewal/termination according to Honda’s set policies and procedures.
7.Assist to monitor and coordinating dealership performance review and act as the main reference point in enforcement and compliance matters.
Requirements :: Education & Experience :
1.Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
2.Relevant experience in automotive will be an added advantage
Skills required:
1.Computer literate with excellent MS excel, MS power point and presentation skills
2.Able to communicate effectively at all levels
3.Fluent in both spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and local dialect
4.Willing to travel and possess a valid driving license
5.Willing to reside permanently in East Malaysia office
