Description :
1. Responsible for overall performance of sales achievement.
2. Responsible to analyze and report on regional performance and to provide feedback, guidance, and encouragement to dealers.
3. Responsible to guide dealers on HMSB policies and OPS whilst assisting in the improvement of new operations standards and guideline.
4. To guide and coach Area Manager/FR in operational matters and in analysing market situations and competitors movement.
5. To work closely with HQ Sales Office and to comply to HQ Sales Division policy and strategies set.
6. Ensure planned Sales Strategies and Activities both from HQ and Regional Office are promptly executed.
7. To monitor and provide support to our PDI hubs.
8. To assist and provide support to overall regional Marketing activiti 
Requirements :
1.Minimum Degree and above or its equivalent.
2.Minimum 2 years working experience in automotive industry and exposure in retail business/technical operations.
3.Knowledge in procedures involved in the enforcement of codes and regulations.
4.Legal knowledge of activities in code enforcement compliance.
5.Experience in methods & techniques of business correspondence.
Skills required:
1.High competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Project Management.
2.Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills, both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
3.Independence, initiative, high commitment, self-motivated, good problem solving and knowledge of accounts.
4. Willing to reside permanently in East Malaysia office
