Oversee day to day general office administration and human resource matters;
• Manage filling system, confidential documents;
• Organise office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment;
• Organize refreshment / coffee for management meetings;
• Coordinate flowers / fruit hampers as and when required / requested by management;
