- Oversee day to day general office administration and human resource matters;
• Manage filling system, confidential documents;
• Organise office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment;
• Organize refreshment / coffee for management meetings;
• Coordinate flowers / fruit hampers as and when required / requested by management;
• Supervise cleaners daily, maintain cleanliness in office, eating area and toilets;
• Maintain office staff by recruiting, selecting orienting and training of employees;
• Maintain and up-date staff annual leave;
• Process claim from employees;
• Ensure timely collection of rental;
• Coordinate dispatch works;
• Accept documents from mails, internal memo and take responsibility as and when required depending on the tasks;
• Manage and upkeep office software and hardware.

Hatia Properties, a member of Hatia Group, was incorporated in Malaysia on 21 April 1997 under the Companies Act 1965 as a private limited company. The principal activity of Hatia Properties is investment holding and property development. Our group under the leadership of Dato' Wong Ah San has completed in excess of 5,500 units of industrial, commercial and residential property with a gross development value of more than RM650 million. Our flagship project, Nilai 3 Wholesale City (Nilai 3) covers an area of 427 acres. It is approximately 20 minutes away from Kuala Lumpur International Airport and Low Cost Carrier Terminal by coach or car and approximately 30 minutes away from Kuala Lumpur. It is served by 2 major highways - North-South Expressway and Lebuhraya Kajang-Seremban. Furthermore, it is surrounded by major township projects i.e. Nilai Impian, Bandar Bukit Mahkota, Bandar Seri Putra and Putra Nilai.
